Well no big surprise but I did not use my treadmill today and I do not feel badly about it at all. Instead I worked on organizing all my craft boxes and that was a big job, who knew I had so many piles of yarn and fabrics? I still have boxes of vintage fabric in the basment to go through as well but I got plenty done today while listening to Weezer and Rancid this afternoon. I am looking for some new books to read but havent yet found anything that interests me so far. I tried flipping through Dianetics at the book store but it was just nonsensical I cant for the life of me understand what is interesting about it, and it was harder to understand for me than quantum physics. I have a meeting to go to tonight so I did make myself over slightly and straighten my hair. I am still looking for something to make my hair straightening easier, I have a box stuffed with products I don't care for and I hate to throw them all out but I just don't use them. However I am loving my Bag Balm lotion, I think its the best thing for hands and feet when you are done gardening. It does not smell very good at all but it makes a huge difference. I didnt do much yard today either I was not in the mood to be out for very long becuase I really can not stand my neighbors anymore. It seems like everytime they see me out their kids are either standing at the fence lifcking it, seriously they are that gross or screaming at me about going to the movies or other nonsense. The dad also disturbs alot of the time, he has informed me repeatedly that he is stuck in an unhappy marriage for the sake of his kids and that his wife is cheating on him and he is ready to do the same, well it will not ever be with me and I don't care to hear these things from people I hardly know and do not want to get to know. And when this man is not making disgusting overtures at the fence in his flip flops, he is singing, yes singing loudly into a microphone in his garage. He goes into the garage in broad daylight and does acapella versions of "I will always love you" or "Song 2" by Blur. While it can be amusing at times and the neighborhood kids have told him to his face that he should "shut the hell up", it is mostly just irritating and shameful. So I didnt really venture out today much but I certainly had plenty to do inside. I havent joined any swaps on that site yet but perhaps after my meeting tonight I will take a look and see whats going on there. I hope this meeting is fun and that there will be lots of cool people my age there to talk to but I am not too optimistic about that.
